The program is supposed to help in the development of young Ukrainian women leaders who will change the world of technology and contribute to rebuilding a modern, digitized Ukraine. Each participant will receive a scholarship, the opportunity to take part in a mentoring program with experts in the field, the chance to attend workshops that will help them improve their hard and soft skills, the chance to attend career counseling sessions, and free admission to the Perspektywy Women in Tech Summit 2023 conference.

New Technologies for Women – Ukraine is a joint venture between the Perspektywy Educational Foundation and Intel. In this way, the New Technologies for Girls program, which has been operating for eight years for Polish female STEM students, is being expanded. More information about the new initiative can be found at www.stypendiadladziewczyn.pl/ukraine.

The project's official inauguration took place on December 1, 2022, in Lublin during the "INCUBATING FREEDOM – Post War Innovative Transformation of Ukraine" international conference. At the event, our University was represented by the Rector, Prof. Krzysztof Zaremba.
