Warsaw University of Technology has already cooperated with Ukrainian polytechnics.

The ENHANCE alliance, to which the Warsaw University of Technology belongs, has been expanded by two new associated partners from Ukraine: the National Technical University of Ukraine – Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and the National University – Lviv Polytechnic National University.

Both universities will be part of this interdisciplinary network of universities and institutions representing academic, industry, and social environments. Students and employees of both Ukrainian universities will be able to benefit from the mobility of the seven ENHANCE member universities as a result of the increased cooperation efforts.

– Our cooperation with these two universities has been very effective before, and now we would like to strengthen our relations with them in these difficult times – emphasized Prof. Krzysztof Zaremba, Rector of the Warsaw University of Technology, reflecting on the Alliance's decision.

Professor Anne Borg, Rector of the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim and Chairperson of the ENHANCE Board of Directors, pointed out in her statement that ENHANCE is not only an alliance of seven universities that share aspirations in promoting excellence in education and research but that it is also an alliance which takes its social responsibility in Europe seriously.

We, as the community of the Warsaw University of Technology, are proud of the alliance's decision and are pleased that we share the same values.
