The ranking is created based on several indicators, among others: doctoral research, international doctoral cooperation, supporting the activities of a young scientist, supporting PhD students with disabilities.

This year 31 applications were submitted to the competition. The title of the most prodctoral university received Opole University of Technology, second place took the Silesian Technical University.
