WUT in QS EECA ranking

The Warsaw University of Technology has been classified in QS EECA ranking on 19th place among the best universities from the developing countries of Europe and Central Asia.

The list contained 200 universities, including 19 from our country.

Among the Polish universities, the University of Warsaw (6th place) and the Jagiellonian University (14th place) took the higher position than Warsaw University of Technology. This means that WUT is the best Polish technical university in QS EECA ranking.

The ranking is prepared by Quacquarelli Symonds (QS), which specializes in the topic of education and study abroad. It prepares a global list of QS World University Rankings, as well as thematic rankings, inter alia BRICS, EECA, BY FIELD and BY SUBJECT.

QS EECA ranking is being developed since 2014.

9 criteria are included in the compilation: academic reputation, prestige among employers, ratio of number of lecturers to number of students, number of publications, impact of the Internet, number of citations, PhD students, number of foreign students and number of foreign employees.
