Registration of candidates and online submission of documents lasts from December 12, 2022 (from 00.00) until January 8, 2023 (deadline 23:59). Registration is conducted through the IRK irk.pw.edu.pl system.

One of the necessary documents in the admission process is an Outline of the research concept along with a statement of a potential doctoral advisor. Therefore, you need to find a doctoral advisor and contact them to determine your research plan before you start the admission process. It will not be possible to choose an area from the list in the IRK system.

How to find a doctoral advisor? A search engine for doctoral advisors and research areas will help with this. It contains not only a list of doctoral advisors but also information on the number of spots available for specific people, as well as information on the research areas they deal with.

Admission schedule step by step:

• Registration of candidates and submission of documents in the IRK system: December 12, 2022 – January 8, 2023
• Interviews: January 17 – 23, 2023
• Publication of the ranking list: January 27, 2023
• Submission of supporting documents in the IRK system: January 28 – February 1, 2023
• Publication of the admission list: February 3, 2023
• First day of the summer semester 2022/2023: February 20, 2023
