Our students earn top spot at international competition
A team of the Robotics Student Research Group (at the Faculty of Power and Aeronautical Engineering) came in the top spot at Carolo-Cup@Home. The WUT students and their automated vehicle Selfie were the best in the Basic Cup.
This year’s competition was held as an online event and the Robotics Student Research Group demonstrated their new Selfie model.
“All our work was done at the premises of the Warsaw University of Technology,” say the students. “A video replaced real-time driving along a specially designated course of a track and the presentation of our solutions was delivered online.”
This was the fourth appearance at Carolo-Cup for the Robotics Student Research Group. And the first one to result in a win.
“This makes us extremely happy and motivated to continue to do our work so that we can perform our best in the next event in a new more advanced class,” say the students.
