The meeting will start at 1 p.m. and will be organised by videoconference. Candidates as well as the authorised representatives of the University Electoral Commission will gather in the Senate Hall of Warsaw University of Technology, while the other members of the University community will have a possibility to attend the meeting via the Webex platform (until 19 June 2020, the University Electoral Commission will announce the instruction explaining the way of using the platform).

The meeting will be open. All members of the University community have the right participate in the meeting, including the right to ask candidates questions.

Detailed information about the meeting is available in Resolution no. 14 of the University Electoral Commission of 15 June 2020 on the organisation and programme of the open pre-election meeting with candidates for the Rector and on the rectorial election. 

The University Electoral Commission also informs that the election for the Rector of Warsaw University of Technology for the 2020-2024 term will be held in a traditional form during the election sitting of the Electoral College for the Rectorial Election on 25 June 2020. The sitting will start at 1 p.m. in the Small Hall of Warsaw University of Technology.
