A few years ago, Ewelina Zaremba studied aeronautical and aerospace engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology, where she created the 3D Printing Research Circle and was its head for a year. Today she is among the finalists of the third edition of the ”25 under 25” competition, honouring talented people under the age of 25.

Ewelina Zaremba has been the Chief Technology Officer in the technological company Sygnis since 2018. She manages research and development projects, provides consulting services, and runs engineering enterprises such as the project of a bioprinter for body organs and an original hybrid printing machine for liquid materials and filaments.

Ewelina started working for Sygnis in 2017. Her first tasks included contacting the customers, machine servicing, and sale of 3D printers. She gained her experience in working with new manufacturing technologies in the project of the technology of low-temperature glass printing.

She did internships at the Centre for Space Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences and in Astronika.

“We want to construct 3D printers - not the ordinary ones which can be put on the desk but rather larger ones utilising new and more interesting solutions.” Ewelina Zaremba reminds us that she said it in May 2017. “I was the chairperson of a research circle at the time. In July 2017 I began working for Sygnis New Technologies. Today I daresay we have achieved that goal. I began my conversation with the jury of the “25 under 25” competition stating that my goal was to make people in Poland stop identifying innovative technologies with software only. Hardware is extremely underrepresented in the high-tech debate. Every day I work to change that. Innovations in hardware promise a lot, just let them speak for themselves. Forbes Polska and McKinsey & Company, thank you for listening!”
