In addition, the Warsaw University of Technology took the second place in the list of the most-chosen universities per one place. The indicator for WUT is 7.6. Only Gdańsk University of Technology received higher result (9.3).

According to the information provided by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the most applications of candidates in the previous recruitment were for IT (42,434), management (25,069) and psychology (20,222). It is worth noting that studies in computer science and management are conducted at WUT. On the top of the list of the most popular fields of study there was engineering and data analysis (54.6 applications for one place) – studies launched in October 2017 at the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Science of the Warsaw University of Technology.
