Warsaw University of Technology in the QS WUR ranking

In the latest QS World University Ranking, the Warsaw University of Technology was ranked 521-530, which is the third position among universities from Poland. We also took 133rd place in the world in the criterion of prestige among employers.
The list includes 1422 of the best universities from all over the world, including 22 from our country. The University of Warsaw (284th position) and the Jagiellonian University (293rd position) were ranked higher than the third in this group - the Warsaw University of Technology. Poznań University of Life Sciences was also ranked in the same position range as the WUT.
Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), University of Cambridge and Stanford University were on the podium. The ranking is headed by five universities from the United States, four from the United Kingdom and one from Switzerland.
The QS WUR ranking is based on six criteria: reputation in the academic community, prestige among employers, the ratio of the number of lecturers to the number of students, the number of citations and the number of students and employees from abroad. The list is prepared by Quacquarelli Symonds, which specializes in the subject of education and foreign studies.
QS WUR is one of the world's most important educational ranking, alongside the Shanghai Ranking and Times Higher Education.
