Time goes by so fast… – one’d like to say. It seems a few moments ago we were waiting for 2024 to come and now we’re saying goodbye to it. Let’s take a look at the most important moments of the last 12 months at our University.
Join our community of doctoral students. Conduct ambitious research and advance your scientific career. Registration for our Doctoral School is open until 5 January.
You can talk about science in an interesting, understandable and inspiring way. This has been proven by our doctoral students – finalists of the WUT edition of the 3MT® competition. They showed that you can successfully present your research in just a few minutes. Natalia Izdebska from the Faculty of Chemistry did it in the best way possible, winning the jury’s first prize and the audience award.
Researchers from WUT's Faculty of Physics (Division of Nuclear Physics) have published an article in Physical Review X, introducing software that models superfluid nuclear matter in neutron stars while incorporating quantum effects.
The task of the new team is to support young researchers at our University. It comprises 15 persons – one from each academic discipline at WUT.
It was two days full of festive spirit. The square in front of the Warsaw University of Technology's Main Building was filled with market stalls, including our WUT stall, which was dedicated to charity. Thanks to your support, we raised 50,854.50 PLN for the 2025 Christmas Grant.
