The band has been giving concerts since 2006.

Its repertoire includes dance music, dynamic standards based on ballroom dance, jazz standards and entertainment music hits (also pop music).

Apart from its concerts, The Engineers Band also gives commercial performances during company events, festive balls and garden parties.

It has created a brand of a versatile band, which is proved by the cycle of Gala Concerts of the band, very popular among the public. Up to 2012, guests of the band included Hanna Banaszak, Janusz Szrom, Janusz Kruciński, Michał Milowicz, Zbigniew Fil, Mirosław Czyżykiewicz and Beata Wyrąbkiewicz.
